Shipping policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery costs are free.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on Royal Mail’s network and seasonal demand. We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@siawellbeing.com with your order number. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or incorrect delivery addresses entered at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email info@siawellbeing.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
